1. Processing Time:

Personalized name chains take 5 to 6 weeks to be received, as they are custom-manufactured overseas.

2. Special Occasions:

If you’re ordering for a special event, please keep this timeline in mind to avoid disappointment.

3. Orders After January 10th:

Orders placed after January 10th will only be ready at the end of February or early March due to a temporary supplier break.
