Our Custom Cutout Name Collection is perfect for those looking for a one-of-a-kind piece made especially for them. Every item is individually custom-manufactured to your specifications and is not stocked locally, which means additional production time is required.

Production Time
Each piece is custom-manufactured from scratch specifically for your order and is never kept in stock.
Please allow 4–5 weeks for your order to be completed and dispatched. While many orders may be completed sooner, this timeframe allows for manufacturing, international shipping, customs clearance, quality inspection, and final preparation before dispatch.
Production Schedule
To maintain an efficient production process, custom orders are submitted to our manufacturer every Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed before the next submission day will be included in the upcoming production batch. Orders received after the cut-off will automatically be included in the following scheduled batch.
Payment Policy
Because every item is custom-made exclusively for you:

A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required before your order is submitted for production.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom-made items.

Production will begin only after payment has been received and all customization details have been confirmed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review all names, spellings, fonts, chain lengths, colours, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Once an order has been submitted for manufacturing, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, as it has been made specifically for you.
Important Information
As each piece is individually custom-manufactured, slight variations in spacing, letter sizing, or overall appearance may occur depending on the name or design selected. These variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the quality of your jewelry.
