Our Christmas Engraved Collection is officially open for pre-orders only.
This section is for customers who want to secure their personalized jewelry early and guarantee Christmas delivery. All pieces are custom-made and engraved locally for a clean, high-quality finish.

• Pre-orders close on November 25th — no exceptions

This ensures everything arrives and is engraved in time for the holiday season.

• Full payment is required to confirm your order

Payment options:
PayWise (debit/credit card), online bank transfer, or in-store payment.

Orders will NOT be reserved or processed without payment.
No holds, no “pay later,” no unpaid carts.

• No Cash on Delivery (COD) for custom engraving

These pieces are made specifically for you and require upfront payment.

• Estimated ready window: December 12th–18th

You’ll receive a WhatsApp or email update once your order is ready.
Ready dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to courier delays or engraving volume.

Upload clear, bright, high-resolution images.
No screenshots, dark photos, cropped images, or watermarks — these will affect the final result.
If a picture is too low-quality to engrave, we’ll contact you for a replacement (which may delay your ready date).

• Double-check all spelling and details

No changes can be made after your order is submitted.

• Custom engraved pieces are final sale

No refunds or exchanges once production begins.
