This is the final custom jewelry batch for 2025 💎
Orders placed during this period will be part of our last production cycle before the New Year.

Each DIOSA piece is uniquely handcrafted just for you made with care, precision, and love. 💖

🔹 Processing & Delivery Time

Custom jewelry takes approximately 6–8 weeks to be completed and delivered.
All orders placed in November will arrive the first week of January 2026.
Please allow an additional 3–5 days after arrival for sorting, quality checks, and packaging before collection or delivery.

🔹 Payment Policy

Full payment is required upfront to begin production.
Unpaid orders will not be processed and will be automatically canceled.
Payments can be made via PayWise, bank transfer, or in-store.

🔹 Plan Ahead for Special Occasions

If your order is for a birthday, anniversary, or gift, please plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival.
We do not offer rush production during this period due to high seasonal volume.

🔹 Important Notice

Once this order cycle closes on November 30th, custom cutout jewelry will pause and reopen mid-February 2026, after suppliers return from Chinese New Year break.
